3. Custom Designs & Licensed Material

Beauty Justify Means LLC respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our customers to do the same. When submitting artwork, text, or design ideas for customization:

You confirm that you own or have full legal rights to use any images, logos, or phrases submitted.
You agree not to upload or request customization using copyrighted, trademarked, or licensed material (such as brand logos, team names, movie titles, or celebrity likenesses) without proper authorization.
Beauty Justify Means LLC reserves the right to refuse any order containing content that may infringe upon third-party intellectual property rights or that we deem inappropriate.

We are not responsible for any legal consequences that may arise from the use of unauthorized or infringing designs provided by customers.

4. Product Alterations & Specifications

Beauty Justify Means LLC reserves the right to alter or remove its product dimensions, drawings, specifications, designs, materials, components, fabrics, patterns, printing techniques, colors, printed materials, packaging, promotional material, construction methods, and/or offers included with purchase.

Such changes may occur without notice, and any alterations do not obligate Beauty Justify Means LLC to modify products that have already been sold or delivered to customers.

5. Order Policy & Returns

All sales are final due to the custom nature of our products.

If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, description of the issue, and clear photos. We’ll gladly replace or refund the affected item once reviewed.

We cannot accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizes, colors, or customization details entered during checkout.

6. Pricing & Availability

Prices and availability of products are subject to change without notice. While we strive for accuracy, occasional errors in pricing, descriptions, or product details may occur. In such cases, Beauty Justify Means LLC reserves the right to correct errors or cancel orders affected by inaccuracies.
